Welcome to your Interactive Online TEFL Course. On this page, you'll find all the information you need to get logged in and set up.

While the course is fairly self explanatory, we’ve included some information below to help you get to grips with some of the features of the Online TEFL learning platform. Head back to this page whenever you need (you might want to bookmark it).

Step 1: Creating your account

To register as a new user and access the Online TEFL Course you will need to set up your account with the unique link in your email from Litmos. The link will take you to an enrolment page to confirm your name, create your password and continue.

  • This is a unique link to your profile, please do not forward to others as it will expire.

  • The link will also expire after 72 hours.

Once logged in, you will be directed to the homepage. From here, you can access your course.

Step 2: Logging in

After setting up your profile, please use the link provided in Step 2 of your enrolment email (you can also use the pink Student Login button found in top right corner of our website).

This will also be your student login page for future access to the course.

PLEASE NOTE: This link will not work until you have completed Step 1.

Using Litmos

The homepage

From the homepage, you can access your course, quickly see how many assignment you have left to complete, view UK-TEFL news, and view your recent achievements.

At the top of the page, you’ll find a navigation bar. From here, you can head to your content library, achievements, visit our website, visit our shop, or check out our jobs board.

Accessing your course

Scroll down the homepage until you get to the ‘My Training’ section. From here, you can find all the courses you have yet to begin, courses that are in progress, overdue courses, and completed courses. When you first log in, you will find your course in the ‘Not Started’ section. Once you begin your course, it will move to the ‘In Progress'’ section.

Once you click on your course, you’ll be taken to the course landing page. Here you can find the course content. Each course is broken down into modules. Each module is made up of several parts, usually the core content, plus an assessment and a task.

Modules are set up as part of a learning sequence, which means that they have been placed in a particular order. Due to this, you won’t be able to complete modules at random. Modules must be completed in a sequential order (Module 1, then Module 2, then Module 3. etc.)

Completing your course.

To move through the modules and complete the course, you must complete each element on the page. This could include watching each video until the end, clicking on each accordion in a sequence, clicking through a gallery, etc. Once each element has been completed, click ‘Next Module’ to move onto the next page.

You will be asked to submit tasks at the end of some modules. Please ensure that homework is submitted as a PDF or word document.
